Responsibilities

Answering inbound calls
Listening to client questions and giving accurate answers
Guiding clients through the enrollment process so they can make an informed decision

Qualifications and Skills

Pleasant phone voice with good communication skills
Computer and keyboarding skills
Outgoing and energetic attitude
Active listening skills giving full attention to what client is saying
Ability to multitask
Excellent problem-solving skills
Must be able to work independently as well as with a team
