At Senior Health Solutions, we are searching for a full-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This person will be instrumental in supporting our agents and clients.
This is not remote.

Skills –

Highly organized
Strong attention to detail
Excellent listening skills
Must have good communication skills
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills –

Excellent computer skills with experience in Excel Spreadsheets
Receptionist, Front Desk, and/or Call Center Experience in previous employment
Bilingual Spanish/English
