Senior Health Solutions is expanding our sales force. We are looking for motivated salespeople who are interested in learning the Medicare, Life, Health, and Supplemental Insurance Industry. We offer paid training and help getting your insurance license.

This position will begin in January of 2027 and is not remote.

Job Summary

As a Sales Representative, you will be trained to help customers with their Medicare questions or needs by providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions. We offer an extensive paid training program, with good benefits, and the opportunity to set your own financial goals.

Job Requirements

Active listening skills
The ability to multitask
Good computer and keyboarding skills
Ability to learn new software quickly
Previous Sales experience a plus (not required)
Bilingual Spanish/English a plus (not required)

Benefits

$75,000-$100,000 (potential 1^st year income)
Uncapped income (commission-based)
Pay is weekly and bonuses monthly (based on prior month’s sales)
Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, and HSA Policies available after 60 days
401k (with a partial company match)
Paid training once license is acquired.
Company pays for your license testing along with practice tests
